Data is from the August 2023 SeQuel Response and ISG "The 2023 Direct Mail Marketing Benchmark Report." 250 US B2B and B2C marketing strategy leaders were surveyed online during April 2023 by ISG. Respondents were from companies with a business focus of B2B (19%), B2C (24%), or both (57%) from various industries.
