Methodology

Data is from a February 2021 Khoros report titled "2021 Guide to Building Customer Trust." 1,059 US digital users ages 18+ were surveyed online by PureSpectrum during October 25-November 5, 2020. Respondents had done at least one of the following in the past month: interacted with a brand on social media, used web chat or messaging to contact a company, and/or purchased something from a brand or company online. Khoros is a community and social media management software company.
