What Actions Have US Consumers Taken After Receiving a Promotional Email? (% of respondents, Sep 2020)

Methodology

Data is from a September 2020 Fluent article titled "Email Marketing Insights." 5,463 US consumers ages 18+ were surveyed during September 10, 2020. Among those surveyed, 62% were female and 38% were male. Respondents identified their generation as Gen Z (born 1997-2012, 11%), millennials (born 1981-1996, 22%), Gen X (born 1965-1980, 30%), baby boomers (born 1946-1964, 32%), and the silent generation (born 1928-1945, 5%).
