Methodology

Data is from the May 2020 Bynder "The State of Branding Report: COVID-19 Edition." 301 marketing professionals worldwide were surveyed during April 10-24, 2020 about the marketing community's response to the coronavirus outbreak. Respondents were from companies with number of employees of 1-249 (43%), 250-500 (6%), 501-1,000 (11%), 1,001-5,000 (15%), 5,001-10,000 (7%) or more than 10,000 (17%) in a company with industry designation of consumer goods (11%), creative/marketing agency (18%), financial services (7%), government/education (3%), healthcare (9%), industrial goods and manufacturing (9%), technology (23%), travel/hospitality (6%) and other (14%) in a job role of brand manager (9%), creative aervices (10%), marketing director/VP/CMO (21%), marketing manager (36%), Marketing Operations (8%) or other (17%).
