How Has the Coronavirus Affected UK Internet Users' Digital Shopping? (% of respondents, by category, March 2020)

Description

Consumers in the UK were asked how the Coronavirus has affected their online shopping for products. Listed products include groceries, electronics, clothing and takeaway foods.

Methodology

Data is from the March 2020 RetailX and Internet Retailing study titled "RetailX Coronavirus Consumer Confidence Tracker." 1,000 UK internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online via Pollfish on March 11, 2020. Respondents identified their ages as 18-24 (8.6%), 25-34 (15.4%), 35-44 (18.7%), 45-54 (18.7%), and 54+ (38.6%). Respondents identified their gender as female (54.8%) and male (45.2%).
