Description
This survey question asked consumers in 11 countries about the new retail technologies they were most interested in trying. These included smart mirrors, self-checkout apps, unmanned stores and virtual reality.Methodology
Data is from the February 2020 Wirecard report titled "Global Consumer Report: Lifting the Lid on Unified Commerce." 6,000 internet users ages 18+ in 11 countries were surveyed online by Vanson Bourne during October-December 2019. The survey was balanced to have a range of respondents by age and gender. Of the respondents, 1,000 were from the US and 500 were from each of the following countries: Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and the UK. Wirecard is a financial commerce digital platform.Sources
