Marketing leaders were asked about their top brand challenges. Leading responses include managing a global brand, keeping the brand relevant and measuring the impact of brand investments.
Methodology
Data is from the October 2019 Gartner "Brand Survey 2019: Marketers Believe in the Power of Brand but Struggle to Respond to Disruption." 393 marketers in Canada, UK and US from various industries were surveyed during May-July 2019. Respondents had some involvement in decisions involving marketing strategy and planning and were from companies with $500 million or more in annual revenues.
