Methodology

Data is from the June 2019 Avionos report titled "Shoppers Demand Superior Ecommerce Experiences." 1,500 US internet users who shopped online in the past year were surveyed during January 2019. Avionos is a digital services and solutions provider focused on connected customer engagement.
