Description
Internet users worldwide were asked if they've ever switched from buying a product or using a service because the company violated their personal values or beliefs. Internet users were also asked what type of value the company had violated. Some of the issues in question were environmental, lack of ... transparency and LGBTQ discrimination.
Methodology
Data is from the March 2019 Hotwire report titled "High-Stakes Leadership in a Post-B2B World" conducted by Sapio Research. 658 CMOs and senior communications executives, 688 general business decision-makers, and 6,218 internet users worldwide ages 18+ were surveyed online during December 2018-January 2019. All business professionals surveyed were from B2B and B2C companies. Business professionals were from Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, UK and US.
