Data is from the January 2019 Retail TouchPoints report titled "Next-Gen Omnichannel Strategies Align Agility with Innovation," sponsored by Cegid, TimeTrade and Arm Treasure Data. 107 retailers mostly from North America were surveyed during November-December 2018. Retailers were represented by employees at the manager level or above.
