Methodology

Data is from the February 2019 RSA Security report titled "RSA Data Privacy & Security Survey 2019: The Growing Disconnect Between Consumers and Businesses". 6,387 internet users ages 18+ in France (1,014), Germany (2,038), the UK (2,076) and US (1,259) were surveyed online during December 18-27, 2018 by YouGov Plc. Data has been weighted evenly for each country to produce an "average" value.
