Data is from the August 2018 Retail Systems Research (RSR) "The Retail Store 2018 - From Apocalypse To Renaissance Benchmark Report." 182 retail professionals worldwide were surveyed online during May-July 2018. Respondents' headquarters were in China (1%), Europe (20%), the UK/Ireland (26%) and the US (53%). 78% of the respondents represented retailers with more than $500 million in annual sales for 2017.Chart Title
