Marketers around the world were asked in June 2018 whether they were concerned that marketing tech vendors might expose their company to legal risks because they are not GDPR compliant. Responses were on the range of "extremely concerned" to "not at all concerned."

Data is from the July 2018 Demandbase "Data Privacy and the GDPR Benchmark Study Report" in conjunction with Demand Metric. 255 marketers worldwide were surveyed during June 13-June 28, 2018. 49% of the marketers surveyed were B2B marketers, 17% were B2C and 34% were a mix.
