Respondents were asked, "In which of the following ways have you engaged with a supermarket or grocery store in the past 12 months?" Data was provided to eMarketer by Food Marketing Institute (FMI).

Methodology

Data is from the June 2018 Food Marketing Institute (FMI) webinar titled "U.S. Grocery Shopper Trends 2018" in partnership with The Hartman Group. 2,136 US grocery buyers ages 18+ were surveyed online during February 4-16, 2018. Respondents were responsible for at least 50% of the grocery shopping in their household.
