Methodology

Data is from the May 2018 AlixPartners report titled "U.S. Restaurant Outlook." 1,005 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online in February 2018. Respondents were female (52%) and male (48%). Respondents identified their ages as 18-24 (12%), 25-34 (18%), 35-44 (16%), 45-54 (18%), 55-64 (17%) and 65+ (19%).
