US Average Ad Revenue per User (AARPU), by Company, 2016-2020


Facebook has the highest AARPU in the US at $95.71 according to eMarketer. Instagram's average advertising revenue per user in the United States is $69.18. Social media sites Twitter and Snapchat have a significantly lower AARPU—around $20.00 in 2019.
