Data is from the January 2018 Aspect "2017 Aspect Consumer Experience Index" in collaboration with Conversion Research. 1,001 US internet users ages 18-65 were surveyed online in November 2017. The survey was regionally representative and divided by gender as per most recent census projections (with around 20% oversampling of those aged 18-34). Respondents were users of customer engagement experience in the past year. The margin of error is +/-3.1 percentage points, 19 times out of 20. Aspect is an enterprise cloud contact center and workforce optimization solution company.
