Data is from the December 2017 ActiveCampaign "SMB Martech Report 2018: Beyond Email Marketing." 310 US small-business marketers were surveyed online during September 18-20, 2017. Respondents were from small businesses with fewer than 1,000 employees and an email marketing solution in place. The margin of error is 5.57% at a 95% confidence level. ActiveCampaign is a small business marketing platform.
