Data is from the June 2025 BearingPoint report titled "The AI Sales & Marketing Revolution: a guide towards 2028." 320 C-suite executives to team managers worldwide were surveyed in April 2025. Respondents were involved in AI-driven projects and were drawn from both private and public sector organizations with minimum annual revenues of €500 million, across key European markets (France, Germany, the UK) and the US. The study used computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) to gather insights. Participants held roles across functions central to customer engagement, including communication, customer experience, customer relations, data, IT, marketing, operations, sales, supply chain, support, and technology.Featured In
