Methodology
Data is from the July 2024 Capgemini Research Institute report titled "Harnessing the Value of Generative AI: 2nd Edition: Top Use Cases Across Sectors." 1,100 executives at organizations with more than $1 billion in annual revenues were surveyed globally during May-June 2024. The survey included respondents from 14 countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the UK, and the US. Organizations operate across 11 sectors, with 94% of them having started exploring generative AI. Respondents were director level or above and represent diverse functions.Chart Title
