Methodology
Data is from a Salesforce survey conducted by YouGov as cited in a June 2023 company blog post. 1,029 marketers in Australia, the UK, and the US were surveyed online during May 18-25, 2023. Respondents were among a total sample of 4,135 full-time employees ages 18+ in the sales, service, marketing, and commerce sectors.
