Data is from the October 2022 Capgemini report titled "World Payments Report 2022." 150 SMBs worldwide were surveyed online during May-June 2022. Respondents were from Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, the UK, and the US.
