Most Valuable Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Rewards Features According to US BNPL Users, July 2022 (% of respondents who called each feature "extremely valuable")

Note

Respondents were asked, "How valuable would the following rewards (i.e., cash back, digital coupons, points) features offered by buy now, pay later (BNPL) providers be to you?"

Methodology

Insider Intelligence surveyed 1,192 customers in the US between July 7 and July 20, 2022, to gauge consumers’ preferences and the value they place on 49 digital/emerging buy now, pay later (BNPL) features. Respondents are consumers who used buy now, pay later (BNPL) in the past 12 months. The respondents were selected to align with the US population on the criteria of age (among ages 18–76), gender, household income, race/ethnicity, and region. The survey was fielded by a third-party sample provider. Data has a margin of error of +/-2.8 percentage points at the 95% confidence interval.
