Respondents were asked, "In which areas are you currently testing or utilizing the use of artificial intelligence in conjunction with you marketing automation?" Data was provided to Insider Intelligence by Ascend2.

Methodology

Data is from a March 2022 Ascend2 report titled "The State of Marketing Automation 2022." 393 marketers worldwide were surveyed during February 15-23, 2022. Respondents identified their role as C-suite/owner/partner (54%), VP/director/manager (31%), and nonmanagement professional (15%). Respondents identified their company type as B2B (22%), B2C (52%), and equally split between B2B and B2C (26%). Respondents identified the number of employees at their company as fewer than 50 (57%), 50-500 (20%), and more than 500 (23%).
