Data is from a February 2021 Feedvisor report titled "Brands, Amazon, and the Rise of E-Marketplaces" conducted by Zogby Analytics. 1,000+ US retail business decision-makers were surveyed online during December 16, 2020-January 2, 2021. Brands surveyed range from enterprise-level to Fortune 500 companies. Data is based on a confidence interval of 95% and has a margin of error of +/-3.1 percentage points.
