Methodology

Data is from the January 2021 Verizon Business "Verizon 5G Business Report" conducted by Morning Consult. 700 US business technology decision-makers were surveyed online during November 16-28, 2020. Respondents are manager-level or higher at businesses with 5+ employees, and have decision-making power in at least one of the following: IT/IS infrastructure and security, application development, or wireless plans/services. Respondents were drawn from the following verticals: healthcare (n=200), manufacturing (n=200), retail (n=200), sports/entertainment/media (n=50), and public sector/government (n=50). The margin of error for the full survey sample is +/-4 percentage points.
