Methodology
Data is from the November 2020 Cision and PRWeek "2020 Comms Report: Measuring Up to the Moment." 314 US senior-level communications and marketing professionals were surveyed during August 12-September 14, 2020. Results are not weighted and are statistically tested at the confidence levels of 90% and 95%. Respondents were from corporation/in-house (63.7%) or PR agency (36.3%) with 94.3% of respondents being manager/director or above.
