Methodology
Data is from a July 2020 Asociación Mexicana de Venta Online (AMVO) report titled "Estudio sobre Venta Online en PyMEs 2020" in collaboration with GS1 México. 377 small-business professionals in Mexico whose companies were affiliated with GS1 México were surveyed online during May 18-June 6, 2020. Respondents held the following titles at their companies: managing director/owner (66%), manager (15%), area director (11%), supervisor/coordinator (5%), and operational employee (3%). Respondents worked at companies in the following industries: manufacturing (90.4%), textile (4.3%), agriculture (3.2%), and health (2.1%). AMVO is a digital retailer association in Mexico.
