Description
Companies were asked reasons why they are not compliant with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by January 1, 2020. Responses include this law is new and we're unsure of the requirements, don't think the company is large enough to face fines, waiting to see how it is enforced, too expensive ... to attain compliance or don't think it applies to them.

Data is from the August 2019 PossibleNOW "CCPA Readiness Survey: August 2019." 1,500 US businesses were surveyed during July 2019. PossibleNow is a GDPR solutions and consent software company.
