Description

Consumers in the UK were asked what expectations or experiences they would have around digital connectivity and technology when they shop in-store. Respondents included Generation Z (ages 19-28), Millennials (ages 29-38) and Generation X (ages 39-59). In-store technology experiences included ... in-store Wi-Fi, product recommendations based on ordering history, mobile EPoS and self-service.

Methodology

Data is from the May 2019 Vodat International "Connectivity Pain Points Survey." 1,000 UK internet users ages 19+ were surveyed online in March 2019. Vodat International provides telecommunication and private & managed network services to the UK retail, hospitality and leisure market.
