Which Product Categories Are US Digital Buyers Apprehensive About Buying Because of the Returns Process? (% of respondents, Nov 2018)
Methodology
Data is from the January 2019 Radial report titled "Cracking the Code: What Online Shoppers Value Most." 2,000 digital buyers ages 18+ in Canada and the US (1,000 each) were surveyed online during November 7-13, 2018. Respondents were all online shoppers who have made online purchases at least 12 times in the past year. Approximately 57% of respondents were female.
