Methodology
Data is from the September 2018 RIS News report titled, "Evolution of the Next-Gen POS." 38 US retail executives were surveyed during September 2018. Respondents were all headquarters-level executives from large regional and national retailers. Field-level personnel and managers were excluded from the survey. Respondents worked for retailers with an average of 40 stores. Retailers' annual revenues were less than $499 million (63%) and more than $500 million (37%).Featured In
