Who Earns More—US Millennial Women or Millennial Men? Q2 2018

Methodology

Data is from the July 2018 US Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics report titled "Usual Weekly Earnings of Wage and Salary Workers, Second Quarter 2018." Data is taken from the Current Population Survey (CPS) conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). On a monthly basis, data is collected from one quarter of the 60,000 US households surveyed in the CPS sample. Respondents are ages 15+ and surveyed via telephone and in person.
