Methodology

Data is from the August 2018 Rokt report titled "They click buy. Now what?" 58 US retail professionals were surveyed online in July 2018. All respondents were actively involved in conversations impacting the customer purchase journey or involved in how to monetize the ecommerce transaction. Respondents primary business is retail chain/store (45%), travel/entertainment (3%) and virtual merchant/web retailer (52%). Respondents worked for companies with approximate annual ecommerce revenues of less than $10 million (41%), $10-$25 million (9%), $26-$100 million (17%), $101 million-$1 billion (22%) and greater than $1 billion (10%). Respondents identified their primary job function as ecommerce/mobile commerce (26%), executive/finance (36%), marketing (22%), sales/business development (10%) and other (5%).
