Methodology
Data is from the July 2018 BRP (Boston Retail Partners) and Windstream Enterprise report titled "Retail's Digital Crossroads: The Race to Meet Shopper Expectations." 1,212 US internet users ages 18+ who had shopped at a retailer in the past 6 months were surveyed online during March 12-April 23, 2018. A separate survey of 60 US retailers was conducted within the same dates. 78% of the respondents were director level or above and 43% were from companies with over $1 billion in annual revenues.
