Methodology
Data is from the June 2018 Blis, WBR Insights and Future Stores report titled "Driving In Store Traffic and Purchases Through Digital Channels." 100 retail professionals in Canada and the US were surveyed during March 5-26, 2018. Respondents represented companies with $250+ million in annual revenues, and included C-suite retail leaders, directors, senior management, SVPs and VPs in analytics, CX, IT, marketing, omnichannel and operational roles. Blis is a provider of advanced location data technology. WBR Insights is the custom research division of WBR (Worldwide Business Research), a provider of B2B-focused conferences; Future Stores is a WBR event.
