Methodology

Data is from the February 2018 InMoment "2018 CX Trends Report: What Brands Should Know About Creating Memorable Experiences." 2,000 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during November-December 2017. 1,000 US brand professionals were also surveyed online during the same period. InMoment is a customer experience management company.
