Methodology

Data is from the February 2018 Econsultancy and Adobe report titled "Digital Intelligence Briefing: 2018 Digital Trends." 12,795 client-side marketers (60%) and agency/consultant/vendor professionals/other service providers (40%) worldwide from a variety of industries were surveyed online during November 2017-January 2018. Marketing professionals were from Africa (2%), Asia-Pacific (21%), Australia/New Zealand (12%), Europe (44%), the Middle East (2%), North America (16%), and other (3%). Marketing and ecommerce professionals identified their company focus as B2B (31%), B2C (33%) or both equally (36%).
