Description

Internet users in the US were asked about the actions they take after experiencing type of problems when viewing content on digital devices. Types of problems include long loading time, broken links or button among others.

Data was provided to eMarketer by Adobe.

Methodology

Data is from the February 2018 Adobe "2018 Adobe Consumer Content Survey" in partnership with Advanis. 1,011 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed during December 11-17, 2017. All respondents owned at least one digital device such as a smartphone, tablet or computer. Advanis is a market research firm.
