Methodology

Data is from the January 2018 Centro and Advertiser Perceptions report titled "Advertisers and Marketers Talk: Tech, Programmatic and Expectations." 153 US agency respondents and brand marketers in the digital media industry were surveyed during the late summer of 2017. Respondents were involved in ad purchases with an annual digital ad spending range between $5-$100 million. Centro is a software and managed services company used by agencies and brands to purchase digital ads.
