Types of Videos Created by US Marketing Decision-Makers, Aug 2017 (% of respondents)
Description
According to August 2017 survey data, 51% of US marketing decision-makers create videos typified by customer testimonials and product/service overview, the most popular categories. How-to/educational videos and event promotion/recap type videos follow closely at 49% and 48% respectively.

Data is from the December 2017 Magisto report titled "Video's Payday: Part 2: The Role Of Social Media In Today's $135BN Video Marketing Industry." More than 500 US marketing decision-makers from small, medium and large businesses were surveyed during July-August 2017.
