Data is from the November 2017 Demand Gen Report (DGR) report titled "Earned Media Influential in Performance Marketing" sponsored by Cision. 169 B2B marketers in North America from a variety of industries were surveyed during January-May 2017. Respondents identified their role as C-level executive (18%), content marketing (11%), demand generation (8%), digital marketing (12%), events marketing (1%), marketing communications (18%), marketing operations (8%), public relations/communications (17%) and social media (3%). Demand Gen Report (DGR) is a publication for B2B marketing professionals. Cision is a provider of software, services and tools to the public relations and marketing industry.
