The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) is a provider of a US cross-industry measure of customer satisfaction.

Data is from the December 2023 update of The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). 500,000 US consumers are surveyed annually on various quality and value measures of products/services to arrive at a customer satisfaction benchmark for 10 economic sectors, 47 industries, and 400+ companies.

ACSI provides annual industry results, and updated the national index quarterly. Baseline measurements are from the summer of 1994. Data represents aggregated customer satisfaction across the US economy for household products and services.
