The news: United Airlines and JPMorgan Chase revamped their co-brand credit card program, rolling out new benefits along with higher annual fees, per a press release. This includes the Club, Gateway, Quest, and Explorer credit cards, as well as its two business cards.

  • The new benefits take effect immediately for new and existing cardholders.
  • New cardholders will also get a welcome bonus of between 80,000 and 125,000 miles depending on the card if they sign up by May 7.
  • As part of the revamp, United is also launching an advertising campaign with actor Ty Burrell to promote the benefits of these cards for United travelers.
