Steven Lin is the senior manager of digital experience for business solutions at NRG Energy with responsibility for all things Digital Marketing. In this capacity, Steven manages the marketing technology strategy and stack, optimization and personalization programs as well as SEO for the B2B side of NRG’s retail business. Since 2010, he has held various digital marketing positions in the organization including leadership roles in Digital Analytics and User Experience.
