Prior to joining Bazaarvoice, Loran was a Bazaarvoice client twice, at 3M Company of Saint Paul, MN, where he was manager of strategy and global key accounts for the 3M Consumer Business Group eHub, and iMedia Brands, where he was director of customer marketing and retail science.
