Jason Horowitz is SVP, US marketing and global head of media and digital at Mattel. In this role, Jason leads the marketing division in the US, and media strategy, business insights, and digital engagement globally, for a portfolio of intellectual properties, including iconic brands like Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Fisher-Price. Jason has served in a variety of leadership positions during his more than 15-year tenure at Mattel.

Genie Alfonzo is product marketing manager at Instagram. Genie works on the Instagram Product Marketing team building new video advertising solutions for global brands. She recently led the go-to-market strategy and global launch of Reel Ads. Based in San Francisco, Genie loves to play volleyball, create new recipes to cook, and beat the NYT Crossword Puzzle in record time.

Blake Boznanski is head of industries at VidMob. Blake has an accomplished track record at innovative media and tech companies like Yahoo, LinkedIn, and BuzzFeed. In his current role, Blake oversees a vertical sales team and consults with a diverse mix of clients to help achieve their marketing goals.


Nancy Taffera-Santos is senior vice president of media solutions and strategy at eMarketer. Nancy has been at eMarketer for over 13 years and oversees the media business, developing programs for leading advertisers. Nancy’s background includes 30 years of sales, marketing, and promotions experience in media, web analytics, and test and measurement hardware. In her downtime, Nancy stays active serving on alumni, nonprofit and trade association boards.
