The news: OpenAI integrated a search feature into ChatGPT last week that focuses on giving fewer, high-quality results to queries and creating an open dialogue with users. It’s a departure from the traditional Google Search format.
ChatGPT search is designed for users to make requests in a “natural, conversational” format. And unlike Google Search, it doesn’t have ads.
The AI search engine generally gives between five and 15 results per query, while Google Search caps out at between 300 and 400 results.
