US Adults Who Currently Use/Have Used a GLP-1 Medication, 2024-2026

Note

Respondents were asked: “Have you ever taken weight loss medications such as semaglutide (brand names Ozempic and Wegovy), liraglutide (brand name Saxenda) or tirzepatide (brand names Mounjaro and Zepbound)?”

Methodology

Data is from the July 2026 Gallup "National Health and Well-Being Index." 5,065 US adults ages 18+ were surveyed during May 28-June 5, 2026. The samples were weighted to correct for nonresponse; demographic weighting targets were based on the most recent Current Population Survey figures for the 18+ US population. The margin of sampling error is ±1.5 percentage points at the 95% confidence level.
