Methodology
Data is from the January 2026 Sogolytics report "The Sogolytics Experience Index: Customer Edition (CX) 2026." 1,011 U.S. adults were surveyed during October 2025. Quotas were used ensuring balanced representation by age, gender, and region. Respondents were required to have had at least one meaningful customer experience within the past 12 months to qualify.
